If your parcel has not been dispatched and would like to change or cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. We will immediately cancel the order or make any changes you require.
In case, your parcel has already been dispatched from our facilities we cannot cancel the order anymore. However, you can still return the product and get a refund (please see next section for details).
• After receiving the item, contact us within 15 days.
• Item (s) must be returned in new condition (unopened or tested) with original packaging.
• We do not accept used or tested returns.
• We are not responsible for returned package due to incorrect shipping address issues.
• Refund will be given as money back.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
